Business Strategy

Power Source Technologies, Inc.   will grow the   Intellectual Property (IP) package of Licenses for this unique family of internal combustion engines. The package will serve as the primary and sustaining revenue stream for Power Source Technologies, Inc. Customization and improvements for commercial and government applications will be a continuing source of revenue growth.

  • Develop and demonstrate the unique engines of the Legacy family
  • Secure intellectual property for the Legacy Engines
  • Prototype development for end use applications
  • License the technology in order to rapidly commercialize the product(s) in multiple market segments
  • Conduct application specific prototype and validation testing on contracts and grants

Risk and Mitigation

  • Product Risk: The Legacy Engine technology may not operate as expected.
    • Mitigation: PST, Inc. has assembled a team of engineers, strategic partners and advisors with the required expertise to provide for the greatest opportunity for successful prototype development.
  • Market Risk: The market may develop differently than expected.
    • Mitigation: PST, Inc. has identified a niche within the Military that no current or near future engine technology can fill.
  • Staffing Risk: The necessary technical and business staff may not be available.
    • Mitigation: The management of PST, Inc. has established a network of individuals that could step in if the need arises. Additional personnel will be identified for this purpose as the company grows.
  • Financial Risk: The company may utilize all available money during development.
    • Mitigation: The company has secured funding through the second prototype and has established relationships within the DoD to provide the best opportunities for future funding.
  • Intellectual Property Risk: The company may not be able to protect the Legacy IP.
    • Mitigation: The foundation patent(s) that   have been issued provide a significant amount of protection for the core technology that makes the performance gains of The Legacy Engine possible.
