- Patents and Trademarks
- PST, Inc. will continue to file for patents and trademarks in order to protect our current intellectual property as well as any new developments resulting from ongoing R&D efforts.
- Management of Licensing Agreements
- In its fiduciary role, PST, Inc. has an obligation to ensure that the optimal royalties are realized under all license agreements. Licensing agreements will be monitored and steps will be taken promptly if a licensee fails to fully comply with the reporting and royalty payment procedures. Review of each agreement will be facilitated by management to insure compliance.
