Barton W.   Watkins - Chairman/ Chief Executive Officer

Founder of Power Source Technologies, Inc. and Co-inventor of the Legacy Engine, Mr. Bart Watkins is the grandson of the former Ernie Watkins who originally conceived the Legacy Engine. As President of PST, Mr. Bart Watkins is responsible for the design, engineering and fabrication of the engine development efforts. He is also President of Liz-Beth Fine Art, Inc., located in Knoxville, TN, since 1991. He has senior management experience in development companies and strong team building capabilities. Mr. Watkins serves on the Board of Directors for the Dogwood Arts Festival, a nonprofit cultural entity.

James F.   Scothorn, CMPE - Chief Financial Officer

President and CEO of Data & Organization Consultants, Inc., a firm specializing in providing operational and financial services to the medical, food service, and building construction markets. Mr. Scothorn brings knowledge and expertise in manufacturing, contract management, money and banking, mergers, divestitures and operational management. He is the CEO of Tennessee Urology Associates, PLLC, and Chief Financial Officer of Aurora Lighting, Inc. He has a BS in Accounting, is a Certified Medical Planning Executive with the Medical Group Managers Association, Englewood, CO, and is the past president of the Tennessee Medical Group Management Association, Nashville, TN.

G. Cranwell Montgomery Esq. - Secretary and Chief Council

A member and shareholder of the law firm Baker, Doneldson, Berman, Caldwell, & Berkowitz. Mr. Montgomery is a   member of the Council on Foreign Relations and former Ambassador to the Sultanate of Oman. Mr. Montgomery served as Counsel to the Senate Majority Leader. He was in the United States Navy and resigned as a Lieutenant and has served in the United States Naval Reserve, where he attained rank of Captain. His memberships include the Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia, the American Bar Association, and the District of Columbia Bar Association. Mr. Montgomery has a BA from the University of Virginia   and and a JD from Vanderbilt University.
